⭐ Ingredientes:
1 kilo de harina
18 grs. de sal
6 grs. de levadura
200 grs. de masa madre
550 grs. de agua
50 grs. de mantequilla
50 grs. de azúcar
⭐ Preparación:
1- Mezclar todos los ingredientes y amasar hasta lograr una masa lisa.
2- Reposar la masa para que fermente por unos 30 min. a 1 hora.
3- Dividir la masa en porciones de aproximadamente 150 gr de masa y ovillar (forma de bola).
4- Dejar reposar por unos 15 min para luego aplastar levemente para lograr un diámetro un poco mayor.
5- Cortar con cortamasa o algún elemento que sea cilíndrico, en el centro del ovillo. Debe quedar como una Donut.
6- Dejar reposar por 15 min. y llevar a hervir en una olla con agua a 95 ̊ C. (este proceso es casi igual a freír, pero el tiempo en el agua debe ser de 1 min. como máximo).
7- Quitar del agua con una espumadera luego de 1 minuto, dejando escurrir el exceso de agua.
8- Decorar con semillas o especias a gusto y llevar a lata de horno. Hornear por 15 a 20 minutos a 200 ̊ C.
9- Servir con Jamón, queso crema , rúcula o lo que tu quieras!
